MISSING ORDERS
I ordered some products from Van's on July 1, 2022. There are a total of 2 orders worth 142 pounds. The 2 orders should have been delivered by Yodel, which failed to deliver to me until current. Specifying that the driver has a schedule only in the morning, and people normally work in the morning and have a job that ends after 3 o'clock. I contacted Yodel's customer service and they promised to solve it this week but they didn't succeed. And the driver who was responsible for my packages doesn't even answer the phone. I also called Van's customer service 4 times without any answer ok. Both companies blame each other, without any solution and responsibility. So these 2 companies do not deserve a single star. But as it is not the zero option, I have to choose a star. Shame on you!

Buy from another retailer avoid this route to market
Ordered a custom pair of sneakers vans cancelled the order didn't tell me I had to chase for a refund. Ordered a standard pair for my son about 8 months later no delivery. Embarrasing fulfilment by a global brand. Time to change skate brands you suck vans.

They sent my order wrong after I waited for nothing becouse there was a delay in the order . First time when i buyed from vans and had the worst experience.

Vans, avoid at all cost, I used to be a religious vans shoes owner
So far the shoes came and looked vaguely like the picture on the web site
Hated them the colour was no as they looked online
Came to return time and currier never turned up so wasted day, then offers me an alternative to drop them off at a collection point roughly 60 miles away explained that then asked if I could take them to a local vans shop they told me no,
Sent me 2 different curriers out original one turns up 2 days later.
Then read the refund time
5 days for them to receive them back plus up to 14 days to receive money back
Vans you are an actual joke.
Never ever again
I would suggest you all avoid at all costs

Absolutely abysmal
Absolutely abysmal, I ordered hi tops for my son over a week ago, paid by PayPal and after a week checked Vans website and my order was still processing. I contacted them and asked wth was going off. They responded that my payment didn’t go through properly even though it was on my PayPal account, I phoned PayPal and found out Vans cancelled my payment. AVOID at all costs! FU Vans! ?

I ordered some vans trainers for myself online they were in the sale I saved £21. I'm very happy with the service I received very quick delivery, quality trainers and great price. I will be recommending vans to my family and friends. I'm a happy customer ?

Dont pay for customised vans
Dont pay for customised vans - shoddy work!! I was excited and ordered customised Vans for my husbands birthday. They took longer to be delivered than they should have - I waited nearly 2 months to get mine only to find that both images where not placed equally on the front and it IS noticeable. One is off centre. Then the engraved script on the heel is also shoddy.. the individual letters are not aligned and not centred. I contacted Vans a few times as it was taking longer than suggested to be delivered and then when they finally turned up, they were faulty. Ive emailed and been offered a refund if I return them and re-order or 10% off if I keep them - I have been told its a further 7 weeks wait as they are custom made.. surely they should have had quality checks before they were sent. A company like Vans, charging what they charge should have the highest of quality checks and its an insult to be offered £8.50 off. Vans - you need better customer service. Im never using you again and I will be spreading the word. Awful experience. Shame as I always buy Vans but this has just been an awful experience!

Received No Shoes and Wont Issue Refund
Ordered a pair of shoes and when i opened it there was no shoes there. I contacted customer service and they said they won’t issue a refund. NEVER ORDERING FROM VANS AGAIN!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH VANS.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. 1 arrived then I asked about the other two sets. 1 was cancelled with no refund after a week and the others I had to keep chasing. Customer service is shocking...

Two right shoes
I bought my son some new Vans for his birthday and they sent 2 right shoes. They also look like they have been worn as the rubber on the toes is slightly worn. Customer services could not have been less interested and my only option is to return them for a refund and re order from the website. Of course they are no longer available so I have a disappointed son on his birthday!

My sons 3 month old black leather…
My sons 3 month old black leather school shoes have turned blue! After being told I would get a refund, they have now decided this has happened due to wear and tear! My son can not wear these to school and after being promised a refund, I bought new shoes so am completely out of pocket. Disgusting customer 'care'

The website should not be this broken in 2022
Genuinely the worst website going. Tried to log into my Vans Fam account, was told I had the wrong password. Logged into the app with the same password no problems. Spent 30 minutes trying to log into my account to buy a pair of shoes to no avail. By the time I get in they'll be sold out. Tried to contact Vans Customer support using the form available on the website and it's impossible to submit because it asks you to verify that you're not a robot with NO BOX to check or any squares to tick. It's shocking that a company this big still has such an awful awful website. This will be the fourth time I have missed out on a product because of their completely redundant website. Get it together.

Returns Process Is Broken
Their website allows to purchase very easily, however returns collection and drop-off system does not work. Had to chat online to receive a drop-off label. Lost trust as imagine many people won't bother poor returns system.

"Once we receive the items back to our warehouse a refund will be processed. The amount will be back into your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider. "

Looks like it's going to be a long time till and if they do refund.
